Danny Blanton has had his 1953 Ford F-100 for some 25 years. Danny bought it for $6,000 from a friend of his, who had a body shop in Los Angeles . After many years, a lot of hard work & another $10,000 is where he sits today. He says he has a lot more to do, but don’t we all.
Danny took out the 289 engine & replaced it with a new 302 engine, put in the C-4 tranney, wood bed, tonneau cover, & a lot more. I asked him about the pink wire covers, he said “matches the pin-stripping”.
Danny & Karen have a lot of fun going to local shows & cruising on Route 66. The longest distance he has taken it is Palm Springs. Nice truck Danny. Glad you & the F-100 are in Cal-Rods.
