Ralph purchased this car earlier this year.  The previous owner started this project in 2010 wanting to recreate his high school car.  The body work, paint and interior work was done, but health issues stopped the project, forcing the sale of the car. There were several things to be completed.  Ralph has wanted to rebuild a flathead engine for some time now and this is what's in store for the Ford; mercury crank, heads, intake and carburetor, and rebuild the transmission.

This car is very beautiful classic. You don’t see a lot of 53 hardtops that look this good.  Ralph goes to most of the local car shows so check his car out when you get a chance.  It’s another beautiful car in the CAL-RODS family.
