October's featured car will be very familiar to many CAL-RODS members as it is always at the Saturday Car Corral and Via Verde providing sound equipment for these events.  Carl bought this car in 2012.  Being a D.J., Carl needed a vehicle he could haul his sound equipment around in and be secure; the panel was the perfect answer.  This makes it unique, it's not only car show quality, but it's a work horse too.  A future project (and we all have those) is to remove the aftermarket gage cluster in the dash and replace it with a refurbished original 1946 Chevrolet gage and speedometer panel.

Carl has only been in CAL-RODS a short time, but he and his truck are very nice additions to the club.  Thanks for joining us, and I for one, look forward to seeing Carl and his truck at future events.
